Is there a provision to mount a vacuum pump on the UL260i ?

The back plate of the UL260i has provisions for the attachment of an additional accessory plate on which a mechanical vacuum pump for example, could be mounted. Although this question has been asked several times by potential buyers, none of our present UL260i users has actually wanted to install a vacuum pump, and so we have not had to fabricate an additional accessory support. The growing availability of good quality electronic artificial horizon and other flight instruments at reasonable prices will probably limit the need for such an additional accessory mount. However the provision is there if you should require it.
